Since 1979, Legacy Millworks has grown into one of the leading custom cabinet manufacturers. Established originally as Gordon’s Custom Designs by Gordon Gilbert, the mission has always remained the same, to offer high quality custom cabinetry with creative and innovative designs.

In 2003, Gordon’s son Wes Gilbert took over as Project Manager of Operations. Running the shop, learning the craftmanship and design stylings, Wes has continued to build on what made Gordon’s Custom Designs successful.

In 2010, Gordon made the decision to retire. Later the same year, Wes decided to take his father’s original vision and create something from it to honor his father’s legacy, and so Legacy Millworks was born. The company Wes’ father built, passed down to him, and now a true legacy that can be passed on to his own son. Wes has continued to specialize in high quality custom cabinetry that his father would be proud of. With the latest designs and construction, Legacy Millworks strives to provide the best experience for your budget. Whether installing new beautiful custom kitchen cabinets, a custom media center or home office, or a private bathroom or closet of your dreams. We have been building long standing relationships with our customers for almost 40 years. We are also proud to announce that in 2017 we expanded our operations to a larger facility.  Our work and reviews speak for themselves, and it is simple to see why our customers refer us again and again to their family and friends.
